IVAO Belux Region is looking for a "Membership Assistant Coordinator".

JOB DESCRIPTION

Assist the division membership department in its daily work:

  • You will act as a godfather over new members and guide them through all beginners problems;
  • You will start an investigation to the identity of members if a new member's identity is questionable;
  • You will check on a regular base for double accounts;
  • You will be the first person of contact in case o problems related to the account of members;
  • You will keep track of the member's evolution in the department;
  • You will assist in validating tour legs;

 

REQUIREMENTS

The candidate must fulfil the following basic requirements:

  • Be a member on the IVAO network for at least 6 months prior to the application;
  • Be at least 16 years old at the time of application;
  • Have a minimum rating of AS3/FS3 and willing to improve;
  • Be able to express yourself fluidly in English + French, Dutch or German;
  • Be able to be a good representative of the IVAO network, present it like a good housefather would do;
  • Be able to work around 5 hours per week for the division;
  • Be able to attend to the staff meetings;

IVAO Belux Region is looking for a "Special Operations Advisor".

JOB DESCRIPTION

Special operations are in charge of all non-standard flying operations (military flights, police flights, State flights, firefighting...).

As a Special Operations Advisor, you assist the SO department with various things such as events organising and SO training. SO department works in a team-oriented way, where the SOC, the SOAC and the SOAs share the work in a flexible way according to everyone's skills.

Job can include the following items among others:

  • Hiring and welcoming new SO pilots/controllers
  • Organising SO events
  • Giving trainings to SO pilots and/or controllers
  • Managing daily operations (suggested flights, team spirit...)
  • Coordinating with foreign SO departments and SO groups

 

REQUIREMENTS

The candidate must fulfil the following basic requirements:

  • Be a member on the IVAO network for at least 6 months prior to the application;
  • Be at least 16 years old at the time of application;
  • Have a minimum rating of AS3/FS3 and willing to improve (higher ratings are an asset);
  • Be able to express yourself fluidly in English + French, Dutch or German;
  • Be able to be a good representative of the IVAO network, present it like a good housefather would do;
  • Be able to work around 5 hours per week for the division (in average);
  • Be able to attend to the staff meetings;
  • Have a good interest in special operations and military aviation;

IVAO Belux Region is looking for French speaking trainers to reinforce the training department.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Assist the division training department in various tasks, according to your skills:

  • Give basic training to new members (first steps on the network)
  • Give advanced training towards higher ratings (depending on your own rating and skills)
  • Actively take part to the creation and follow-up of your e-learning platform
  • Participate to the general increase of the level in the division

 

REQUIREMENTS

The candidate must fulfil the following basic requirements:

  • Be a member on the IVAO network for at least 6 months prior to the application;
  • Be at least 16 years old at the time of application;
  • Have a minimum rating of PP and/or ADC and willing to improve (APC/SPP would be required some time after appointment);
  • Be totally fluent in French (native speaker or very high level) and have a sufficient level in English;
  • Be able to be a good representative of the IVAO network, present it like a good housefather would do;
  • Be willing to always learn and share your knowledge with other people;
  • Be able to work around 5 hours per week for the division (in average);
  • Be able to attend to the staff meetings;
